Tierras de Tavara Selección is an extraordinary extra virgin olive oil, identified with the Denomination of Origin Sierra de Segura and produced during the month of December, when the olives have reached their optimum level of ripeness.

It is the perfect example of high mountain extra virgin olive oil and is characterized by an exquisite flavor of ripe olive and fig, slightly bitter, spicy and very balanced. It has a greenish yellow color and an intense fruity aroma.
