Tierras de Tavara Bio organic extra virgin olive oil has been produced respecting the strict controls imposed by the CAAE for the elaboration of organic production.

Made in the month of November when the olives are in a state of ripening called ´envero´ (the color of the fruit changes from green to purple and black tones), it is characterized by an intense fruitiness where light nuances of olives still remain green accompanied by an exquisite flavor with slightly bitter and spicy notes.
